Photographer Nolan Conway’s latest project took him to 150 McDonald’s restaurants in 22 states to find out if there’s such thing as an average McDonald’s customer.
This is huge for me… My last 1k pr came in May of last year when I was weighing roughly 35lbs less than I weigh now… I had fallen off the Wagon, again, and ended up gaining about 50lbs. I lost 15lbs last month (lifting weights, eating clean, running) and this month, about a year later I PR my 1k again. I’m extremely proud of myself for it!! I know it’s not the fastest kilometer of all time, and most of you are rolling your eyes but to be its a huge NSV. Knowing that i’m a lot heavier than last year, but actually faster feels very good!! I must’ve put on some muscle ;)
Just a month after its debut, the price of the HTC First, also known as the Facebook Phone, has dropped from $99 to 99 cents on a 2-year contract with AT&T. Tech media outlets say that while users are drawn to Facebook Home which can be downloaded on Android devices, the Facebook Phone wasn’t necessary or particularly innovative at that $99 price tag.
Would you buy that for a dollar (and two years of contracts)?

The Rhino Stamp Project
TBWA South Africa has launched a campaign to turn the humble postage stamp into a weapon against rhino horn poaching.
South African consumers are being encouraged to attach the stamps – which also feature the message ‘say no to rhino horn’ – when posting letters to China, Thailand or Vietnam and TBWA hopes this will provoke serious debate about poaching in all three countries.
